In our church, we are doing the RBT programme (Reading the Bible Together). This devotional has proved to be a great companion for me while studying the Old Testament books. The author is at pains to show how the Old Testament points to Christ. The readings go through the year. Cross-references to New Testament passages mean that this is a study guide as well as being a devotional aid. It is solid meat and heart-warming.
