Nigel Faithfull is a retired senior research associate in the field of agricultural analytical chemistry, and in this book, he turns his scientific mind to considering a plethora of questions and issues from both a scientific and scriptural point of view. Written with the seeker in mind, he asks probing questions about the nature of time, the expanse of space, the origins of life, and the place of God in it all. In each chapter, he introduces us to the main thoughts and proponents, and then sensitively leads us to the God of the Bible. This book asks a lot of questions and makes the reader think deeply. But it ultimately brings us to the light of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is well worth a read, and is a good book to give a seeker with a scientific and inquisitive mind.
