This is a small hardback book for young children with illustrations in a contemporary style and a clear text. The story begins in Genesis and tells us that God is the Great King over his kingdom. The theme of the king and his kingdom goes through the Bible in a simple way right up to Revelation and is a useful summary of the Bible from the perspective of this theme. I found the last section of the book on the coming kingdom very heart-warming. Buy this book for your children and grandchildren and as you read it aloud to them you will be blessed too.
