Book review — The Little Him Book – Looking at Jesus who makes our hearts sing

I love this title and the theme that Jesus should be the biggest personality in the room! The book explores some of the biblical roles of Jesus from the Scriptures. There are nine roles including the Deliverer and the Missionary for example, and eleven chapters in all. It is helpful to have all those roles explored in one place and would make a handy resource for a series of home group studies. A passage to ponder and a song to sing gives the reader some homework at the end of each chapter. The chapter which challenged me most was on the Missionary, this challenged me the most. At just 98 pages the book is not a demanding read, but it is a thought-provoking one.
