This is the full Bible written and drawn in a graphic novel style. The illustrator has worked for Marvel and DC Comics and has drawn the stories of the Bible in a faithful and beautifully captivating way. The authors take the original Bible narratives and illustrate them in a comic book style. There are over 200 narratives in chronological order, each story flowing into the next. It is excellent for reluctant readers and the illustrations really add to the text as much can be learned from their historical detail. It is ideal for boys in particular, but girls as well will enjoy it. I would recommend it for ages 6-12. Our church gave it as prizes to children from our kids’ clubs, and many of them said that they couldn’t put it down! An ideal way to encourage children to read the Bible.
