Tears And Tossings – Hope In The Waves Of Life

I picked up this little 91 page book aware that the topic has been covered in many other books. However, I found the author’s personal story moving and the layout of the book accessible. When our minds are distracted by pain and suffering and we are finding it hard to concentrate, this short 91 page book is ideal. Seven of the chapters begin, ‘He holds our tears in…’ and explore what the Bible has to say to us in times of grief, hopelessness, pain, times of waiting, fear and shame. The last chapter is a gospel appeal. This book is real, honest and short enough to be given away during pastoral or hospital visits.
