Pause – How to enjoy God, find hope and bear fruit through mid-life and the menopause

The author is to be congratulated for wading in on this topic which, thanks to some celebrity broadcasters, is getting some attention. Practical and biblical advice as well as challenge abound. Anecdotes and humour help to maintain the reader’s interest. Each chapter ends with space for reflection, challenging questions and Bible texts as a focus. Thank you so much, Sarah, for tackling the question of women being in the ‘sandwich years’ where they grapple with the demands of a growing family and ageing parents. This book isn’t just about hormones! The book is very practical and always keeps our Maker in the picture.
