Parenting Against the Tide

Another biblical and practical gem from Ann Benton, psychology graduate, ex-teacher and mother of four. This is a book for today’s parents and targets what could turn out to be a ‘spoilt generation’ unless we take a long hard look at our contemporary parenting. Discipline, gender stereotyping, sex, technology, consumerism, schools and church – plenty of topics to study and questions and applications at the end of each chapter to help us as we do so. The Bible is woven as a thread throughout the text. This is quite definitely the most helpful book I have ever read on parenting.
