Jars of Clay – peace for the anxious soul

This is a book directed at the anxious Christian, but which one of us didn’t struggle with anxiety in 2020? The author blends her biblical knowledge with her psychological training to offer a route out of anxiety, with a spiritual focus. I appreciate her integrative approach and see a value in this book being used in one to one sessions as well as being read individually.
