This book is a contemporary manual on the much-neglected virtue of holiness. The author plumbs the depths of the biblical material on the subject and illustrates her points aptly with quotations, anecdotes and verbal illustrations. The book is both challenging, encouraging and provoking. Study questions mean that book groups and home groups could turn to this as a resource for careful study. It would provide rich material for a Bible study series for new believers. I found that it challenged the complacency of my life – and that was no bad thing!
