From Glory into Glory

54 Daily Bible Readings For Lent And Easter

This book is meaty whilst being readable and contemporary. Each daily devotional is focused on a short Bible passage taken from John’s gospel and closes with a short prayer. I liked the way that the author picks out themes for today and challenges the reader. This makes the devotional something to dwell in and consider prayerfully, rather than just being a ‘warm place’. Don’t just use this book for Easter, it would make a useful resource for group Bible studies throughout the year.
