There’s a quick overview of the Bible’s teaching from Steve Owens, and a reminder of persecution throughout church history from Nigel Faithfull. John Stevens looks at how we should respond to increasing hostility here in the UK, and whilst his answers won’t surprise you, they may challenge you to live for Christ even more than you currently do.

We also hear from mainland Europe. Did you know that Christians are being imprisoned and tortured today in Europe? And of course, there is terrible persecution of Christians in many parts of the world. Tim Curnow and Open Doors both survey those countries where persecution is particularly fierce, and John Brand tells us what it’s like to live in one of those countries.
