Contact forms
If you contact us through this website, we store any securely store information you provide in order that we can process your request. Your IP address is associated with the message.
eMail subscriptions
If you sign up to our email list, the details you provide are stored securely by MailChimp on our behalf. We use MailChimp to automate emails that we send to you. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the link in the email.

We use a cookie to help ensure the website offers a speedy service and fresh content. This cookie doesn’t track you or contain any data that can be used to identify you.

If you submit a message to us we will keep a copy of that message to ensure that we can follow-up later if required, and to help us serve you in the future. If you subscribe to the Magazine we retain your address details and a record of any payment. We do not store credit card details — these are passed directly to our card processor.
What rights you have over your data
If you have contacted us through this site, or subscribed to our email list or the print edition of the magazine, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
All connections to this site are encrypted and exceed current ‘best practice’ guidelines. Administrative access to the site is restricted to a small number of employees and volunteers with individual passwords, who adhere to the Evangelical Movement of Wales’ codes of conduct for staff and volunteers. We adhere to UK and European data protection conventions.
